Where are you located?
We are currently an online shop only.  All orders are processed online, made in our private flower studio, and hand delivered right to your door.  There is no store front location.

Do you offer pick up? 
No.  We currently do not offer the option to pick up.  Our couriers do all the hard work for our amazing customers.

Where do you deliver? 
We deliver anywhere in Ottawa and it's neighboring cities.  If you are unsure about delivery in your city, shoot us an email and we will let you know. 

Do you deliver on weekends?
 
Absolutely! we deliver 7 days a week.
 
Do you offer same day deliver? 
 Next day delivery available only for now. We need at least 1 day to process your request and prepare your order.   Your order must be received by 3PM for next day delivery.
  
How much is the delivery fee? 
If you are located in Ottawa, there is a  $10 delivery fee. The delivery fee will increase if you are outside Ottawa.   Send us an email if you are unsure about delivery to your location.  
 
Will my flowers be the exact same colour as the photos on your site? 
Our rose selection varies every week due to seasonal changes and availability.  The roses you receive may be slightly different in colour from the roses in the photo.  We will notify you if the color you selected is unavailable.  
 
Can I order a customized arrangement? 
Absolutely! Shoot us an email with your ideas and we will do our very best to create what you have in mind.  Whether its for a gift, table setting, display, office, special event, or showroom, we will make sure your Luxe Blooms are always perfect! 
 
How long will my flowers last? 
Each arrangement comes with a care instruction card along with the greeting card.  Please follow the care instructions to keep your flowers fresh for as long as possible.
